Property continues to be an area of focus for traditional senior and mezzanine lenders as well as newer entrants to the market, such as Insurance companies, Private Equity and REITs.
Engagement with RICS Registered Valuers is a key part of the due diligence process and this course will explore the regulatory framework valuers work within, the way in which properties are valued for secured lending (including terminology) and financial reporting, and how the reader of a valuation report can maximize the benefit from valuation reports and advice through good instructions and a better understanding of the process.
