Overview

The purpose of a contract as part of the construction project is often neglected. As the foundation upon which a project is managed, they form the basis of the commercial relationship. Contracts are vital in protecting against risk resulting in delays and expense. They also provide the mechanisms that the parties must adhere to when administering the contract.

Course structure

An interactive one day course throughout which delegates will be encouraged to interject with queries and experiences. Anecdotal evidence will be provided by the speakers throughout the day, as well as mentoring through the workshop activities where delegates will be tested to ensure they understand the concepts discussed.
