This course is designed to provide you with examples of questions and scenarios that assessors will use when reviewing this key competency. You will have lots of opportunity to ask questions and seek advice on your own experiences in this competency.
Part one will look at Rules of Conduct and Money Laundering and will briefly summarise the key aspects of the Bribery Act 2010 and part two will focus on Professional and Ethical standards.
During the day you will look at the 5 professional and ethical standards that underpin RICS members' behaviour and how they are related to RICS's regulatory framework. Through review of case study scenarios and relevant ethical ‘situations’ you will have the opportunity to consider different ethical questions whilst considering the impact on the 5 professional and ethical standards and how they relate to you and your business.

"With lecture style teaching and case study scenarios, I learned more than I could ever have imagined. It was a delight to attend this course and would recommend anyone who would like to prepare for their APC final assessment or members who would like to refresh themselves in the code of conduct to attend."

"It was a very helpful, insightful and well presented course. There was a lot to take in but all relevant for the APC which everyone who attended is due to sit. Jon Lever made the content much more light hearted than expected!"
