Construction, Housing & Property 4 ball qualifiers

Business fours is Scotland’s national business golf tournament. Each player from your company will play with three people from three other companies meaning your company will play with 12 others in order to enhance the networking opportunities.

If you wish to enter a company team or plan to invite clients, then please contact the RICS Scotland office* and we will ensure your team stays together

The competition format will be a four-ball aggregate Stableford i.e. the combined Stableford score of the four members of your team will be your score

The highest three stableford scoring teams from each heat will qualify for the national final which will be hosted on the 23rd May. Please only sign up to compete if you are available for both days

Prizes will also be on offer for the best 4-ball in the same format as well as nearest the pin, longest putt and longest drive competitions All participants and companies getting involved will be required to fund raise for our partner charity, LandAid in the build up to the event and there will be other charity fundraising activities on the day.

About the day


  • 0900: Arrival
  • 0900 - 1000: Registration – Breakfast & Networking
  • 1000 - 1030: Driving range warm up
  • 1030 - 1430: Stableford tournament with longest drive, longest putt & nearest the pins
  • 1430 - 1630: High tea with a 2-course lunch & prize presentation

Cost to enter is £495 + VAT (per team of 4) which includes:

  • Goody bag for each player
  • Breakfast on arrival and 2-course meal after play
  • Range balls to warm up before your round
  • Prizes for winning teams, longest putt, longest drive, nearest the pin
  • 10% entry fee donation to chosen charity (LandAid)
  • Green fees for your team

About Pledge150

As part of our 150-year anniversary in 2018, we want to highlight our public interest responsibility and the value of the surveying profession in developing influential solutions to society’s challenges in the UK.

Our fundraising programme will enable our partners LandAid to fund the provision of 150 bed spaces across all 12 RICS UK regions. RICS professionals will also have the opportunity to register their interest to provide pro bono support to local front line charities.
