Termination, suspending works or assessing damages are all situations that as professionals we look to avoid long before it is an issue. However, projects are always full of surprises and when we do reach these outcomes, contractual arrangements become complex and fast!

Join us for this session that will look to simplify what to do in these situations and how the different contracts address these matters.
