Simon Goodrick

Partner, Malcolm Hollis

Simon is the Partner responsible for the Birmingham office. He has experience in all core areas of building surveying, and now specialises in dilapidations. He acts for a number of local and national clients in both a landlord and tenant capacity.

Simon is an APC assessor and APC counsellor to a number of graduates in the Birmingham Office.  He has managed the development, training and assisted many of the graduates in achieving their MRICS status.
