Speaker

Richard Winson FRICS

Richard originally trained as a Contractors' Quantity Surveyor, and worked for a range of different sectors in the industry. He has had experience working for a top 10 main contractor; a property developer; a national house builder, a specialist sub-contractor, and a global telecoms business.

For the last 15 years Richard has specialised in construction insolvency, property lending risk, surety loss-adjusting, and business / security reviews.
