Overview

This Community Right to Buy, which was introduced by the Land Reform (Scotland) Act 2003, allows communities throughout Scotland to register an interest in land or to buy land that becomes available.

This seminar will cover the following:

  • Community right to buy abandons, neglected or detrimental land
  • Practical hints and tips for those acting for community bodies or landowners
  • Progress since the latest land reforms
