Belinda was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor in Australia in 2002.  In 2008 she cross-qualified to practise in England and Wales.

Belinda is a professional indemnity solicitor who specialises in defending claims against professionals working in the property services and construction industries.  She deals with claims against a broad range of professionals, including surveyors, engineers, architects, contractors and property managers, and provides advice on risk management and complaints handling.  Belinda also advises insurers on policy and coverage issues.
