Taking the next step into project management, PRINCE2® Practitioner 2017 picks up the methods and principles established in PRINCE2® Foundation and breaks down how they can be effectively tailored and employed in your projects.
The PRINCE2 method is in the public domain, and offers non-proprietorial best practice guidance on project management.
The course is aimed at professionals wishing to gain the PRINCE2® Practitioner qualification and develop their role as a technically qualified project manager within the built environment.
This course can only be undertaken by people who have either passed the PRINCE2® Foundation accredited exam, or those who have completed the Project Management Professional (PMP)®, Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)®, or one of the IPMA Levels A, B, C or D if you are considering being PRINCE2® Practitioner accredited.
