John Goddard FRICS

John is an experienced building surveyor working closely on understanding the leasing process for commercial properties.

He helps owners maximise their return on investment by guiding them through the management and maintenance while caring for the built environment. Goddard also assists tenants to assess buildings for occupation, plan and fit out their new offices and minimise their environmental impact.
