A contract administrator's role crosses several professional boundaries. This course will prepare you for the role and identify the key challenges which need to be addressed, and provide some insights into why they exist.

The course will also look at the contractual obligations under the respective construction contract(s), identifying challenges and resolving where possible “within the four corners of the contract” and the wider economic and legal impacts of protracted disputes.
