Overview

The 'Managing Successful Programmes' framework enables you to adopt a more flexible and adaptive approach to the demands of your project or programme management. It will provide you with an adaptable route to facilitating change and help you to achieve success by bringing together the key elements of governance themes with transformational flow processes.

End of Course Assessment

On completion of the e-learning course you will receive a RICS Certificate of Completion confirming that you have successfully completed the PRINCE2® Foundation course.

Accreditation  The PRINCE2® Foundation exam will provide you with the formal qualification. The format of this exam is 60 multiple choice questions and a minimum score of 33 correct answers out of 60 (55%) will be required to pass. The duration of the exam is 60 minutes and delegates are not permitted a text book. Once you have completed the course, you can book your exam for a convenient time through our examination partner, ILX Group. Please note that the cost of the exam is not included with this course.
