Mark Watson is a Senior Consultant with HKA Global based in Johannesburg, South Africa. He has over 15 years of experience in planning, scheduling, delay analysis project controls, commercial management and contractual claims preparation and defence.
Mark is a chartered quantity surveyor and a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Building, and a Member of the Society of Construction Law in Africa. He has held commercial and delay analyst positions with contractors and consultants in Africa. This experience has enabled Mark to become a specialist in the analysis, projections, tracking of time, costs and reporting on large value and/or complicated accounts on a wide variety of projects employing various forms of contract.
His experience portfolio includes many prestigious projects throughout Africa, including industrial plants, coal fired power stations, residential buildings, commercial buildings, mining, education facilities, process plant, and marine, port & harbour projects.
