  • What the new law means for you and your business and how it may affect arbitration in the UAE
  • Enforcement procedures: enforceability of interim and partial awards. How does the new law reduce the time, if at all, in enforcing awards?

Meet the speaker

Scott Lambert is a partner at Beale & Company's Dubai office. He is a leading construction lawyer with over 30 years of experience in the industry. Scott has worked in the GCC for over 3 years now having joined Beale & Company from a large Middle Eastern law firm.

Scott is an experienced projects lawyer, and at advising on FIDIC based, bespoke contracts and all related documents. He advises on contentious and non-contentious matters. He is able to assist with managing, resolving and pursuing disputes, and brings strong experience and knowledge to the table to assist clients with the best strategy to achieve the best outcomes.
