Meet the speaker

Andrew Fallon has more than 18 years’ experience working on a broad range of construction projects in the Middle East, Ireland and Hong Kong. His experience working as a Chartered Quantity Surveyor in the contracting industry prior to his consultancy role has provided him with valuable insight and understanding of the issues that arise in construction disputes and the means to identify potential solutions for their resolution.

Andrew has a BSc (Surveying), Diploma in Construction Economics, MA in Arts, LLM Construction Law & Arbitration and is a Member of Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb), Member of Project Management Institute (PMP), Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and Member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors of Ireland (MSCS)
