The Emerging Leaders Program (ELP) in Real Estate Management (REM) is designed for professionals aspiring for leadership roles in the specializations of management consultancy, residential or commercial property, property finance & investment, valuations or facilities management, by enhancing their skill-sets, referred to as ‘competencies’.
The program will enable professionals to analyze real estate markets and work out optimal scenarios for development and investment besides evolving an organization strategy and a project specific marketing plan. This would involve efficient utilization of organization resources, planning and execution of real estate and infrastructure projects.
