Mediation has been one of the hottest issues in the Hong Kong construction industry over the last decade. It was initially promoted and adopted by the HKSAR, and is now being used to resolve a lot of disputes in the public and private sectors as quickly and economically as possible.

In this seminar, our speakers will discuss some key issues in relation to mediation and how you can become and accredited mediator. On completion, you will know more about mediation in principle, its history, development, and its current status in Hong Kong.
