Supported by RICS, Economia and Hospodarske noviny invite you to a debate with developers, tenants, agents, technology providers and academics about the benefits and challenges of Proptech. Topics and areas that will be covered include: the app-centric workplace and the impact of technology on the users of the building, the role of virtual reality in the letting process and the changing role of agents, the use of BIM in the project lifecycle from design to FM, smart building solutions and the indoor environment as well as discussions about costs and benefits of Proptech.

The conference will take place at ČVUT and will also serve as a platform for celebrating the successful accreditation of the MSc in Construction Project Management and Engineering course at the Czech Technical University in Prague.

Keynote speaker: James Kavanagh MRICS, RICS, Director RICS Land Group.

Attendance is free of charge and by invitation only. Registration is mandatory.

Food and beverages will be served throughout the event and attendance will count towards the RICS CPD requirements.


We are introducing a "No Show" policy that will result in a CZK 1000 fee for no shows and late cancellations. Participants who cancel their appointments at least 48 hours in advance will not be charged a fee. You will be charged a fee if you cancel your appointment late or do not show up for our event.
