Julian is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with extensive experience in various commercial management and consulting positions with companies engaged in construction, specialist engineering and commercial real estate development. He is a founding director of S&G Asia, incorporated – Philippines based company providing commercial and contractual services to developers, engineers and contractors.
Julian has worked extensively in the Asia Pacific region (currently in Manila), and has had exposure to projects further afield in Africa, the Middle East, the Caribbean and Latin America. His specific project experience, at all stages of the project life-cycle and at a corporate level includes airports, railways, power, public and commercial real estate projects (including hospitals, hotels and mixed-use developments), and marine civil engineering work.
