Sorina Du Toit MRICS is an accomplished project controls specialist with eighteen years of global experience in the construction industry, with a record of success in planning, developing and maintaining budgets, contract management, and procurement. Sorina is the president of SDT Cost Management, a Toronto based consultancy providing services in estimating, project controls, procurement and contract management, quantity surveying, third party reviews and audits, project management, procedure development and process improvement, and training.

Prior to founding SDT Cost Management, Sorina was involved on a variety of projects locally and globally in the mining, office, clean energy, transmission and distribution, bio-chemical and thermal sectors. She has worked in Europe, Africa, the Caribbean and North & South America. Sorina received her BSc in quantity surveying from the University of Pretoria in South Africa.
